Get to Know Me

She is a Buffalo, New York native, moved to Baltimore City more than 10 years ago, and now calls it home. She brings with her a unique perspective when representing both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Before becoming an Associate Broker, she began her real estate career practicing law representing homeowners (in disputes with their associations), title companies, and lenders. Her background in real estate law gives her an incredible amount of experience. She has a well-rounded perspective on how real estate negotiations operate.
 
She has a love for discovering new things in Baltimore. Being a "transplant" to the city has afforded her the desire to explore new restaurants, local festivals, farmers' markets, and other iconic attractions. Her dedication to learning the City and the surrounding neighborhoods inside-and-out is a great asset to her clients. Schwartzkopf knows the neighborhoods, the local attractions, and the vibe that makes each location unique.
 
Schwartzkopf enjoys exploring Baltimore on her bike, practicing barre, and she may even be known for last-minute training for the Baltimore Running Festival. Since moving to Baltimore, while she has a warm spot in her heart for the Ravens, she will always be a dedicated Buffalo Bills fan.
